Aileen Reid

Friday Evening

We are honored to welcome Dr. Aileen Reid as the Friday evening Keynote Speaker for Ignite 2026. Aileen carries a deep passion for making disciples and investing in the next generation. For many years, she has faithfully trained leaders, discipled students, and partnered with pastors to strengthen youth and children’s ministries in local churches.

She currently serves in ministry alongside her husband, Trevor, who leads the Florida Churches of God of Prophecy, while also serving as an Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she teaches, conducts research, and mentors doctoral students.
Aileen’s ministry journey reflects a lifetime of leadership and innovation. She previously served as Children’s and NextGen Pastor at Bridge of Hope Church, where she developed a comprehensive ministry serving children from birth through college. Her leadership also includes serving as North Carolina State Women’s Ministries Director, Co-Director of International Youth Ministries for the Church of God of Prophecy, and co-pastor of the Montreal West Church of God of Prophecy in Quebec, Canada. 

She is a devoted mother to Joshua, David, and Alexa, and holds advanced degrees from UNC Greensboro, New York University, and Duke University. We are excited for the wisdom, insight, and encouragement she will bring to Ignite 2026.

Brian Sutton

Saturday Evening

Bishop Dr. Brian Sutton currently serves as General Presbyter for North America for the Church of God of Prophecy and brings more than 35 years of ministry experience in pastoral leadership, discipleship, leadership development, and global ministry.

Throughout his ministry journey, he has carried a deep passion for helping people walk closely with Jesus and discover the power of conversational prayer.
He has served in numerous leadership roles, including State Bishop of Alabama and Executive Director of Leadership Development and Discipleship for the global church.

Bishop Sutton is also the author of several influential ministry resources, including Conversation with God, Practice These Things, Discovering Holiness, and The Minister’s Pocket Manual.

Carlos Perez

Sunday Morning

Dr. Carlos Perez is a pastor, educator, speaker, and mentor with more than 15 years of experience in ministry and education. He serves as Senior Pastor of Newark Community Church (NCC) in Newark, New Jersey, where he led initiatives focused on spiritual growth, discipleship, community outreach, and youth development.

Known for his authentic communication style and transformational messages, Carlos has preached and spoken nationally and internationally at churches, conferences, youth programs, juvenile centers, athletic organizations, and leadership events.
He has also provided chapel services and spiritual mentorship for collegiate and professional NFL teams. His passion is helping people discover purpose, grow spiritually, and develop strong leadership rooted in faith and character.

Before entering full-time ministry and education, Carlos played football at the University of Florida, where he was a three-year starter, before becoming a member of the 2004–2005 NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles.
